I don’t dictate or prescribe. You are the owner of you but I can help to facilitate your journey. This is about your own empowerment and sense of personal control and development which can only be achieved through tough self-reflection and the process of talking, bringing honest and raw emotion and finding self-solution.
It can get tough when we look back together and it can be difficult to be challenged but I’m hoping that you’ll gain something from that ownership of you.
The psycho-dynamic journey looks at your past and how that might be impacting on your relationships and present living.
I also work in the present – so looking at where you are in the moment and working with the feelings and consequences in your day-to-day while respecting your own decoding of personal experience.
